Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Ancient Chinese Secret! Im sure others my age remember that line.(From a Clorox commercial or something) I always think of it when I get dumplings from a Chinese place. See, I love fried Dumplings. And more than Dumplings, I love dumpling sauce. What is that stuff! Once, I tried to find out. Me: Excuse me sir, can I ask you what that sauce is? Man behind the counter: Dumpling Sauce! Me: Yes, but what is it? Man: Dumpling Sauce! Me: I know but if i was in a store what sauce would I buy? Man: Dumpling Sauce! Ancient Chinese secret. I have never seen anything called Dumpling Sauce. ive asked at other places and get pretty much the same response. I really love this stuff (I even put it in my coffee!). Ill never be mistaken for asian but im guessing a major ingriedient is soy sauce. Yet when I try to use soy in the same way at home...well lets just call it a disaster and leave it alone. I brought up China House in Upper Darby because they have the tastiest Dumplings and the best Dumpling Sauce that ive ever had. Its much spicier than the usual D. Sauce. I work near here and they are quick, and friendly (they always remember me and my order). Their won-ton soup is the best ive had, Egg rolls are very good. Its only fair that i compare this place to other joints of the same level and this is top of the heap. What the heck, I know them pretty well, we have established a good relationship, lets give it a go, Me: What do you put in this to make it taste so good? China House: Dumpling Sauce! *Shaking fist* Curses ! Foiled Again!

I frequent this restaurant often and have never had a bad experience, both with food quality and service. I usually order to pick up and the food is always ready on time and piping hot! The staff is very helpful and enthusiastic. This is why I will remain faithful.

decent food, but I ordered chicken fried rice here once, and WHAT PART OF THE CHICKEN WAS THAT EXACTLY?! gross....I may never eat chicken again after that. their dumplings are amazing, and their spring rolls are to die for.

I LOVE Chinese food, and have had it a dive places and upscale places, and this has always been my go to place. They are fast and cheap, and give you more food than you'll ever be able to finish in three sittings. The Spring Rolls are the most authentic that you will ever find and incredibly crispy. The meal deals are awesome and can feed two or more people. Even after I moved out of the area, I still go all the way back just for their food!

BEWARE THAT THEY WILL TALK NASTY ABOUT YOU AND STILL SMILE AT YOU! What I mean by that is I ordered bbq spare ribs and some rice on the phone and the guy told me it is going to take 25 minutes???? WTH? As long as I've been eating spare ribs, never have I waited more than 15 minutes for'em, so I don't understand why. I asked the man(the guy on the phone) why it takes so long for spare ribs, and he replied:" I'm busy man!" I was shock at his tune and told him I will be there in 10 minutes. When I get there the store was empty and he wasn't doing anything. Until he realized I was there for pick-up, that's when he start bbq my ribs, so again WTF??? While he was cooking my ribs, I added some chicken wings platter to my order and he cursed at me in his own language( I was born here but my parents taught me their language)! I let that slide, what I can't take is that when he suggest in his language(chinese) that my bf should give me a beat down I feel as though he went too far......

This is the best Chinese food I have had since moving to Upper Darby in 2008. The wonton soup was excellent - not too salty or greasy with light and flavorful wontons. The egg rolls had that perfect crispy outside without falling apart after every bite. There was an ideal level of spice to the General Tso's chicken. Even the fortune cookies were the best I've had in years - the extra cookies didn't hurt either. They were crispy and flavorful with ACTUAL FORTUNES! The service was fast and very friendly.

LOVED this Chinese spot when I lived in Lansdowne!!! They only screwed up my order once. I called in my order, and when I got there, no one remembered taking my call. WTF?? So I ended up having to leave w/o my food because I was on my way to work. Other than that, this was one of TWO Chinese restaurants I ordered from regularly.
